Delivery times may also be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote-area schedules, or circumstances beyond M Gears' control.

M Gears cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

7. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 per order applies regardless of the order size, number of products, or package weight, unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.

8. Open Parcel Policy

Shoes

Open parcel inspection is available for shoes only.

Customers may inspect their shoe parcel in the presence of the courier before making payment, where the courier service permits such inspection.

Customers should verify:

• Product received

• Size

• Visible condition

• Any obvious damage or discrepancy

Jackets & Bags

Open parcel delivery is not available for jackets and bags.

Customers must accept the parcel and complete payment before opening it.

Opening a jacket or bag parcel before payment is not permitted under M Gears' delivery policy.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to M Gears' applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

Products submitted for exchange must generally remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition with applicable tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

M Gears reserves the right to reject an exchange or return that does not meet the applicable requirements.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made according to the applicable courier and delivery terms.
