1. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 4 working days from the date the order is placed, excluding Sundays.

Please note that delivery may take 7 or more working days during:

• Mega Sale events

• Holiday seasons

• Promotional campaigns

• Periods of unusually high order volume

• Unforeseen courier delays or circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience during these periods.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer a simple and affordable flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 per order.

The shipping charge remains Rs. 350 regardless of the order size, number of items, or package weight.

3. Open Parcel Delivery

Shoes — Open Parcel Available

For shoes, customers may open and inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier before making payment.

You can check that:

• The correct product has been delivered.

• The size is as ordered.

• The product is in the expected condition.

• There is no visible damage or defect.

Once you are satisfied with the product, payment can be made to the courier.

Jackets & Bags — No Open Parcel

Open parcel delivery is not available for jackets and bags.

Customers must accept the parcel and complete payment before opening it. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product and size before placing your order.

4. Inspect Your Order

For products eligible for open parcel inspection, please carefully check the item before handing payment to the courier.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

5. Exchange Policy

M Gears offers an exchange facility subject to the applicable exchange terms.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Accompanied by the original product tag

• Returned within the applicable exchange period

6. Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order.

M Gears will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Incorrect phone numbers

• Customer unavailability

• Failure to respond to courier calls

• Refusal or repeated failure to receive the parcel

Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where applicable.

7. Courier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may be affected by weather, public holidays, operational issues, remote-area delivery schedules, or other circumstances outside M Gears' control.
